1st GRADE REQUIREMENTS

To protect the health of children, California law requires a health examination on school entry. Please have this report filled out by a health examiner and return it to the school. The school will keep and maintain it as confidential information.

  2. Sibling of students admitted to or attending GIS who reside in SJUSD
  3. Sibling of students admitted to or attending GIS who reside outside the SJUSD
  4. Children of GIS employees who reside in the District
  5. Children of GIS employees who reside outside the District
  6. All other residents of the District
  7. All other applicants
